The New Year is the day that marks the beginning of a new calendar year. It falls on January 1, and is the day on which the year count of the specific calendar used is incremented. New Year, new resolutions and a fresh new start. Every year we pledged to learn something new, then why not start it from today.   “Should auld acquaintance be forgot, and never brought to mind? Should auld acquaintance be forgot, and auld lang syne?” If you’re like most people, you probably aren’t totally sure what you’re singing about when you join in for the group rendition of “Auld Lang Syne.” What do these words mean? “Auld Lang Syne” was originally a Scottish poem that was later set to music. How I Stay Healthy

A lot of factors play a role in staying healthy. In turn, good health can decrease your risk of developing certain conditions. These include heart disease, stroke, some cancers, and injuries. Learn what you can do to maintain your health. I am amazed by how many people I meet who are in poor health. Wander around in a crowd at an event or in a shopping mall and people just don’t look good. Worse, talk to people and listen to their long list of ailments. People are out of shape, weigh too much, and have little energy. In this blog I’m going to share with you how I stay healthy. 1) Eat properly Obesity is a huge issue in this country, pun intended.  Over two thirds of Americans are overweight and 36% are obese!  Further 32% of children and adolescents are overweight.  This is unbelievable.  As recently as a generation ago you would rarely see obese people.  For sure, some of this is hereditary.  But most of the issues are due to poor diet and …

Sometimes, you have to step back and do an overview of your wants and needs and then try to slowly introduce them. Have you ever thought of what it might be like to hear your partner say,”yes Master, no Master, or Permission to speak Master?” Or, if you’re a woman you’ve fantasized about being called Mistress. We all have our dark……you’re not alone. Most of you know the movie 50 Shades of Grey it is notable for its explicitly erotic scenes featuring elements of sexual practices involving bondage/discipline, dominance/submission, and sadism/masochism (BDSM). The tension between Ana and Christian eventually comes to a head after Ana asks Christian to punish her in order to …

My Daily 🚴🏻‍♀️Exercise 🧘🏻‍♀️Routine

Bienvenido! Today, I’d like to share with you my daily exercise routine. I feel that being healthy and staying fit is very important. Well, it’s important to me. Fitness means being able to perform physical activity. It also means having the energy and strength to feel as good as possible. Getting more fit, even a little bit, can improve your health. Exercise is about more than keeping in shape. It also can help with your emotional and mental health. Exercise can help you improve your self-esteem, keep your mind off problems, and give you a sense of control. In general, people who are fit have less anxiety, depression, and stress than people who are not active. Research suggests that exercise can help specific mental health problems. Exercise may help prevent depression from coming back (relapse) and improve symptoms of mild depression. Be safe while you exercise that is key! Moderate exercise is safe for most people, but it’s a good idea to talk with your doctor before increasing your activity. Anyone age 65 or older …

Conditions vary depending on the person. Have you or someone you know ever felt like this? It’s a phobia, and it’s normal it’s called social anxiety. The good news is that social anxiety is not only treatable, but the treatment is also successful.
